1.3. The delivery address must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Returns
2.1. We aim to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

2.3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2.5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
3.2. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, or offer a replacement product.
3.3. If the return is for reasons other than defects or damages, the refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee and return shipping costs.
3.4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 28 business days after the return is approved.
